About the Owner

Hi! I’m Yas, a yogi, lover of people, encourager, and fitness enthusiast. 

 

I choose to instruct yoga because I want to help create the world I want to see. This ideal world is full of human beings who are mindful, loving, secure, and in tune with their intuition. I hope to help influence people to grow comfortable with who they truly are and to release feelings of guilt, fear, and shame. Life should be peaceful and enjoyable, and we are ultimately in control of what we do with the cards we're dealt.

 

I truly believe that everything we need is within us, hence the name of my business. When you read "peace, love, and joy are Within Me," I want you to affirm this for yourself. I feel this is true for you.
