About the event
Friday Night Vibe is a class dedicated to helping you relax, unwind, and socialize with a community of like-minded people.
The class will begin with a short, guided meditation. Then students will be led through a sequence of restorative yoga poses. At the end of class, students will have the opportunity to mingle with peers and enjoy wine, music, and positive vibes.
